The ministry of heavy industries is considering a proposal to make it mandatory for cars manufactured in India to have RFID-enabled tags.

SLATINA, Romania, July 19 - Italy's Pirelli Tyre may look at expanding to India and Russia to take advantage of their growing markets as it has done in Romania for burgeoning eastern Europe, the chairman of the parent company said on Thursday.
